We are based in the business park in Oranmore on the same side as the Maldron hotel.

We have sessions available every weekday morning (6-9:40am & 12:30pm) and evening (4-7pm) plus Saturday mornings (7:00-10:00am). You can come to whichever 2-3 sessions suit you best.
Once you've chatted through your goals with us & we've made your plan, payment has been made and you have attended your evaluation session, you can start right away after that.
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. This is the key to what makes us different in a small group setting.
Clients automatically continue on thereafter in our ongoing memberships where nothing changes but we'll have that chat near the end of your programme so we can review your plan from there.
You cannot fail.
